it's a simular thing - so its not you been dense!!
I've got a 6230i which I can connect to my Garmin or to my Ford (bluetooth build into car) and it connects and allows far more control than if I do the same with my N70, I updated the firmware and it improved but was still not as fully functioned as the 6230i
You could have a check on the nokia site for any updates for the N95.
as with any update - be careful!0 -
It could be the fact that the N95 uses the Symbian operating system which may not be as compatible as your previous Nokia mobile phone which (im guessing) just used the basic Nokia phone system. This doesn't help you much but at least you might know why now."This 'telephone' has too many shortcomings to be seriously considered as a means of communication. The device is inherently of no value to us."

There's a setting on Blackberry phones for the bluetooth connection to provide sim card info to a car kit. This facility can be switched off, so is there a similar option on the Nokia N95 and maybe it is switched off?Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0
