I've used these a few times for other Sage software without a hitch and cheaper than Sage themselves: http://www.spjsol.co.uk/
If my experience is anything to go by, you will still be pestered relentlessly by Sage themselves trying to flog you support/stationery/more software.0 -
It's probably a bit late as I've only just come across your post.
Why not try something like Highrise. It's a web based contact system and you could use the free edition to do pretty much everything you need without all the complexity and cost of Act.0
