I think you've got too many "s"'s in the email address- try
[EMAIL="membersupport@pigsback.com"]membersupport@pigsback.com[/EMAIL] or
[EMAIL="memberservices@pigsback.com"]memberservices@pigsback.com[/EMAIL] or

just use the "contact us" button at the bottom of the homepage.

Must be having a bad day, spent ages looking on the site for an email address and then go and read it wrong and didnt even see a contact us button.
Got rid of the extra s and it has worked.
