Tesco School Shirts?!

i didnt know if any one else was having problems with these shirts. my son had age 14/15 shirts from here last year and they were wonderful. got age 15/16 this year collar is far to tight a inch smaller then the smaller size last year, they are supposed to be 151/2 inch collar but they are only measuring in at 141/2 took one lot back but all they did was exchange for another pack because i didnt have the receipt and the new ones are no better. rang up head office to complain but was told that because there was no other complaints there was not a lot i could do apart from ask my local tescos to put it on there forums to see what comes of that.
