Internet house valuations sites are not good!

Having received the e-mail from Martin today about checking the value of your house on these internet valuation sites, I gave it a whirl.
We have a house with land and at first I just checked on the value of the house and garden, excluding the land. Zoopla said £395,000 which I reckon is about right for around here.
The second site (whose name escapes me, sorry) said £790,000!!! That would be great if it were true, but basically is way out. Since I input the same info. on both sites I cannot see why they are so different.
I then tried Zoopla with the same house info. but added in the 7 acres of land, stables and outbuildings and their estimate now was £393,000 - 2 thousand pounds less than their first one.
EH! These sites do not seem to know what they are talking about.

Yes, I concur, they are way out on the properties that I have checked on. Either way over, or way below. I wouild not pay any attention to their valuations. They are clearly terribly inaccurate.0
