Bring calls back to BT from Sky

Has anyone taken up the offer to bring your calls back to BT with the offer of free evening and weekend calls on a 12 month contract, also the deal included a free HP printer worth £57?
If yes I suggest that you contact BT on 0800484844 option 3, and if you are like me you will ask them to confirm the order for the printer has been processed, and you will probably been told WE DON'T KNOW, and to wait 28 days then if you don't get it,they will reorder it.
I find this very bad and I am just wondering is it just me or others too.
