I am posting this here as I was told in branch that this has happened to 5 customers since Monday - Student and post Grad account holders only.
Apparently there is some 'glitch' in the system that is switching off the overdraft and no=one seems to know why or how, so they can't figure out how to rectify it.:mad:
I thought I'd warn you if you've got an active OD with them , then you may want to get your money paid in elsewhere if you want to be able to get it out for the next week or so until they sort it out.
