Has anybody used QVC?

It is an internet site and I am publishing this here because I am after a set of pans. They have very competitive prices but I do not know either the site or the makes they sell, so any feedback would be most welcome.
TIA!

Hi,
If you mean QVC the shopping channel then yes I have used them before. It is a reputable company and gives you a 30 day money back guarentee on everything. So if you buy makeup and use it for a couple of weeks, decide you dont like it, you can send it back and they will refund your money.
On the website itself you should find reviews by people who have bought the products so you will know if they are any good or not!
Hope this helps

Thanks Lisa! I probably took that name from this site or a similar one, but now can't trace it with the search....the thing is I do not recognize the make of pans they sell: Cook's essentials....0

It's their own brand of things, like their Northern Nights bedlinen. My mum reckons they are superb, and she's the type of person who will burn stuff to **ggery, leave it on top of the cooker for a week and then expect the gunk to fall off when she rinses the pot under the tap.
The only irritation is that you still have to pay P&P for both ways when you return something, unless something is faulty, I believe. However, if you are pretty certain that you want something and won't be likely to return it, they are one of the better suppliers.
I don't tend to buy clothing from them, mainly because I have a body shape resembling a squished brick outhouse, but I happily buy their cheapo fake diamond earrings, toiletries and household items, including electricals. They seem to depend upon building a relationship with the punter, calling them their QVC family and stuff like that, which of course is a load of BS, but they try to keep people happy as much as is possible.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Thanks Jojo! Yes I am very tempted by this set... the price is the best I have found so far.... although the one I bought around 6 years ago cost 25!!! that is how much ordinary things have gone up (only our incomes don't)....0

I can thoroughly recommend them too and also have some of the Cooks Essentials stuff....and I leave things on the hob for far too long as well so it's very durable!!!0

Thanks! That sounds very encouraging.... just wanted to tell you I found a pretty similar set at M&S, only with glass lids, at at the same price.... minus the frying pan! .... I wonder whether they are not made by the same manufacturer....

I love QVC and have bought lots of stuff over the years. No hassle money back if not delighted.
I like the card making kits and the gardening stuff. They demonstrate everything and give lots of tips. Some household product demos are hilarious when its a really naff thing and it goes wrong. But they carry on saying how wonderful it is :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Quidco £196 - Voucher Codes £408 - GC Saved £603P.A.D. £[strike]4720[/strike] / £4330- Jan GC £375/Spent £283.78~~~~~~~~~~~0 -
Hi there
We have dealt with QVC for years, never had any problems, but depending where you live, they do have a surplus shop in Cheshire, which is always worth a visit. I have never had problems exchanging or refunding.
