You recommend Tiscali.....ahhhh!!

Hi everyone at moneysavingexpert,
Firstly I'd like to say what a great site you have and thanks for the fantastic email each week. My only problem is your recommendation of Tiscali without any mention that they maybe cheap, but their customer service, and their Manila based call centres, are the worst many people have encountered. I am having massive problems with Pipex / Tiscali and on further investigation, including in your forums, their dreadful customer service is always mentioned. I feel very uncomfortable that you are recommending them without a mention of the poor service (they currently owe me over £300 and are still attempting to take money from me even though I've been with the excellent O2 since May). Unlike other companies with 0845, 0345 numbers Pipex / Tiscali have no normal numbers that work in the UK and I've tried them all.
I hope the inclusion of an affiliated link does not stop you from putting a disclaimer about the quality of their customer service and billing department.
Keep up the good work and please add a warning as they are the worst company I, and many others, have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
It might be cheap in the short term but it's costing me a lot more now they've messed up.
