Anyone had dealings with Capital One

Asked CCCS what to do about them, I wrote them a letter telling them no longer contact me through my phone, and this would be the last time I would be contacting them, also in the letters said you may contact me through Post, in turn these letters are delt by CCCS.

I am paying them back, I just dont know why they think I have extra cash?? I dont.

But the phone calls where getting beyond a joke!

So rang BT and they have sorted everything out, I have full control over who rings me.

They refused to hold the interest but was looking to get out of the penalty charges via the DTI regs on penalties.

The debt recently got sold onto a very surprisingly nice DC agency, who allowed me to clear the full balance at half of what the charges and interest were. But I wouldn't advise this as your first option!
