Well I've been to town for a few bits that I needed this morning, I wanted a bag for when I start college next week (!) too and some toiletries.
I looked all over for a bag to fit my ring binders in but couldn't find one cheap enough! So I went into Boots to spend my 4x£1 vouchers, resisted the No7 free gift when spend £20, found a pedometer reduced to 99p and a massive 'gorgeous' cloth bag for life for £3 and PERFECT for college!!! And when I got to the till the pedometer was reduced even further to 65p LOL so I got 35p change too!
That's my bargain of the day :)
I also went to the market for fruit and veg instead of Mr T.
    xxx
    :heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:

    1. walked to work and will walk home
    2. checked online bank accounts and updated super spreadsheet and checked for £900 flat deposit refund (not in yet, grr)
    3. charged ipod at work

    weirdly
    4. going for a drink with ex-husband tonight because he "needs to talk to me". Not money saving, just scary.

    So far today, I have:

worked on some assignments for my course
spoken to a salesman about a 2 for 1 ad offer in a wedding magazine - I am skint so cannot afford £303:rolleyes: I told him that I would sleep on it.
Am having a no spend day today
decided to treat myself to a nice dinner tonight - found some rib eye steak lurking in the freezer:j
responded to a wanted ad on freecycle - now waiting for someone to collect some empty coffee and jam jars.
Tried to look for some money for my business - it sure is hard setting up with nowt.
Oh and I de-loused my laptop because it was acting up and found that I had been sent a trojan eek
