Sorry but these ones confuse me.....

If offer is 2 for £3 in your store(someone spotted 2 for £1.50 in their local) to use 500pts voucher you would need to do:

8 £1.99 items, with one PC voucher that would be £2 to pay, with two PC vouchers that would be till owing you £8.

OR (if too obvious):

6 £1.99 items, plus spend another £1+ in baby dept on another item, £1.50 plus your other item, or till owes you £6 minus whatever the item you buy costs.

Yes, but not all SA's are happy with this, so hand over the two items, let them ask you for £5 then whip out your voucher afterwards and if they say you can not then ask them politely to see if the till will scan it etc

jax.26 was looking for time delay and they have sent out tons of vouchers to other bootsers this week, so if nobody pm's you it would be nice if they got their generosity paid back
