Evening ladies (and gents :D if any)

I was in Boots today, and was earwigging to 2 perfume SA's,they said that Boot'sare selling off all the current perfume's and lotions etc as Boot's want to concentrate on selling 100ml size perfumes only.

SA's were clearing the 4 clearance sections - which each had 4 shelves - for themselves

Is this allowed during "normal" trading hours??

    Hi,

not heard from our Friendly SA ladyluck101 for a couple of days since she posted a warning to us all, I hope she hasn't been frightened off by some of the harsher responses to her post, I certainly appreciated her insider tips, come back SA ladyluck101!!
  • Hi all,

can anyone tell me which brushes etc I can get with the No7/R&M voucher - I got the eyeshadow brush yesterday, but the till beeped and wouldn't let me get the eyeliner brush today  - the SA agreed to try the voucher, then told me that it's valid on costmetics only - untrue as I got the brush the day before (and the branch doesn't do R&M cosmetics....)

    Thanks!

    aghhh!
got 2 letters from the boots hit squad saying they have cancelled mine and hubbys cards due to multiple applications!
i have 75 pund on mine and oh has about 37! its ridiculous as my youngest is 3 months so are both parents:confused:
i have to write in as apparently there is nothing they can do, i asked them to transfer points across form his to mine but they said they couldnt, i now have no points:eek:
has this happened to anyone else? if so can you get your points back?
i know some people have pretend babies but mine are all real! i have 5 kids alltogether with 2 in nappies so spend a lot in there anyway and now they have robbed my points.
    any advice fellow bootsters?

    sorry to hear this :(

have you tried your cards in the AC machine to see if they still have your points on ? with a bit of luck and wishful thinking they might not have got around to deactivating your points on your cards yet so you could quickly spend your points before they do.:)

    Hi Swanee

I don't think the replies that were given were personally directed at ladyluck, I think they were all directed at Boots themselves.

I'm sure she will be back soon!!!

Nope it is not, when things went to 90% this year and there were no signs up, I took a load of stuff to till knowing it was and the SA was gutted she would need to wait till lunch, so I bought what she wanted and met up with her after her shift ended.
