No7 Stay Perfect Smoothing & Brightening Eye Base ? What the heck is it ? (I mean - doesn't it just disappear when you put your eyeshadow on?).

Huddersfield branch. She only popped in for some mitchum and lynx. She ended up with neither, as ahe was so upset she left.
I will be writing to head office, as it's not on what they did.
Oh wow. Normally I think the Huddersfield store is brill. It's the Dewsbury one that go bananas over vouchers. Anyway, I'm binning all my Mitchum ones. I wouldn't know what to do if I got accused of fraud actually. Eeek.0 -
I gave my sister 3 mitchum vouchers to take to Boots in Huddersfield.
At the till, she was told that they were forgeries and accused of fraud.
The manager came, and after an heated discussion, he admitted that he just was not accepting them until the £1 off promotion ended. He apploogised for the 'fraud' allegation.
What a discracfull way to treat a customer who is actually buying the products she had coupons for. She was very upset and embarrassed at being accused in front of all the customers.
Boots aint heard the last of this
That is awful! Please tell us how this plays out! All he had to do was say they weren't taking coupons for something already on sale, and instead he thought it was better to accuse a person whom he knew was innocent of forgery and fraud! It defies reason! Things like this happen way too often at Boots. I can't imagine why the manager would think it's better to accuse and humiliate someone rather than just saying, "sorry, we can't take that." He needs to be fired. I told my husband about all this and he is just stunned, and doesn't understand why I would want to go into such a store. I wonder that myself when I hear things like this.0 -
I had loads of fun on Sunday spending my £100+ points on my card - buying 3 for 2 Christmas pressies!! I was so scared I was going to loose the points as both me and hubby in PC. I can relax now!!:j0

I have thought of this ... but would we really want all our "glitching" ways brought to light, too? Not to mention, this forum would surely be mentioned (a key part of the story, probably), and so many new readers to the forum would come on that it would probably be impossible to find a glitch/sale item, and that's if boots didn't finally fix them all as they'd only end up with customers who wanted glitches! Seriously, what would you all think if a newspaper did run an article about all of this?0 -
