The point i'd like to make is about the member who called the SA's at their local loosers. Ok admittedly it was not a particulary nice statement, but in her shoes I *may* have been inclined to post the same to be honest. I've shared many pm's with the poster of that comment as they are local to me. Everytime they go in they get refused to use pinkies and till spits as they have used one before(!), get told they will not be served with any vouchers again, but worst of all are treated absolutely terribly and like they are a criminal everytime they shop in there! They do not have the luxury of shopping elsewhere either.

I'm sure we all stand divided in regard to the members comments, but I can not say I would not have the same attitude considering they are not just refused glitches, but genuine vouchers. I'm not sure I can blame them for venting their frustration publicly in all honesty.

Dying to know which store this is!
Didn't realise they were being refused actual vouchers not glitches.
I suppose what happens in one store may not happen in another.

I bought 6 pairs of Aristoc Velvet touch tights today, reduced from £5 to £1.25. There are big signs up advertising all hosiery on 342, but these went through with no reduction. I queried this with the nice no7 sa, explaining that when I had bought the same tights in charcoal on Friday, the 342 had been applied. As there were no obvious notices excluding reduced items, she agreed to put through 2 pairs for free. BTW, there are no reduced stickers on these, this is the price they go through the till at.

Anyway, when I got back to the office, I looked at my receipt from the other day, and saw that the reduction had not been applied (I really thought it had, otherwise I would not have said so - I would have still requested the 342). I rang CS and they said I had to go back to store with my receipt and speak to a manager. I will have to go back tomorrow and sort this out.

DS just finished dinner(very sllooowwww tonight lol) so took him out of highchair for a quick play before his bath and he walked right across my lounge :T dead chuffed as he stopped walking when he smashed his teeth badly a few weeks ago :j
