  • I've already picked up the Dior free sample of mascara and have to say am pretty impressed! My eyes don't get on with most of the No 7 mascaras, or any others for that matter, apart from the cheapy Collection 2000 one, but this one did not irritate my eyes one bit.
Also it even managed to make my tired old lashes look impressive. :j

May even print out another voucher and try for another sample at Debenhams - am sure someone said they give them out there too.

Looking forward to getting the free Sensuous sample too.

No problem :) If it's any consolation I just lost a long post I'd typed (and forgotten to type into notepad first) and I'd ticked the Remember Me box :rotfl: Maybe a site glitch :)

Have to agree with whoever said there'd been some great shopping lists. These splits must have been the best ever?

I still don't know how to find the posts I posted before, :embarasse not very good with this sort of thing although I normally sit in front of the screen for hours after my son went to bed every night.:o
  • Sorry to ask,Does anyone have a spare No7 GWP :o

Hi could someone just run through the JK file thing where you get 500 points for £4 spend - the only Jk files I could see were £4 each???? is there a picture floating around so I know what i'm looking for, really want to boost points to buy some D&G for hubby!

Hi there, I did the same, couldn't see anything cheaper than £4(there are three brands for this deal), I guess the cheap ones are in store only. Will check tomorrow.
  • I have tried 4 times to use the Model me and Toni & Guy vouchers and have been turned down each time. :(

They wouldn't even input them manually because they were on offer already. I thought, "Well !!!!!! was the point printing the vouchers then, iof you can't use the darned things?" (but am far too polite to say anything, lol.

I tried to use these the other day and they beeped at me too. I think the lovely SA was getting a bit fed up of me as I was there about 15 minutes and did god knows how many transactions. In the end, she said I'll put all the things through together and get my manager to manually add the points for you. So she put the 2 x T&G and 2xModel me on the same receipt, giving me another pinkie and till spit. The manager came over and said they probably won't scan because of the offers, but I'll add them for you anyway!
    So it worked out as...
    2 x model me, £2.50 each
    2 x t&g, about £3.37 each (offer is 1/3 off)
I paid £11.74, and got pinkie and till spit (which I wasn't expecting as I was going to pay for all individually), and got the 900 points manually added!!!
Had some other great bargains too, but will post those when I've finished reading verything else!!

I'm sooo jealous of the R&M stuff some of you are getting :( the boots i use only has a small No7 stand! It used to do R&M, clinique etc but now there is just an empty space lol

I hope you've tried the nail accessory stand, that's where i've found all the no.7 make up bags reduced and the R&M sponges. HTH

    hiya everyone :)
been to woking boots again , had another disaster with the lancome lady . she looks like an angel sent from heaven but acts like the devil from hell..took time delay micro dermabrasion kit , handed over 200 points and till spit 1st she said she wont take voucher as "you use too many" :@,,i said well thats fine (even though i havent used many ) ill just use the till spit and pay the rest , she said NO i cant use the till spit either "like i said you use alot of vouchers" ,i cant use the till spit if you want you can go another till but im not using any vouchers for you:@.

so i went and paid at the medicine counter , SA there took 200 points and till spit .
only went today to use the rest of my till spits and pinkys from yesterdays disasterouse shop :S:( Think im going to file for divorce with boots forever , ther not worth the embarresment and nastyness

That is terrible. I can believe the arrogance of some of the Boots staff. I must admit I would have ask for her to call the manager and then asked him ever so politely to explain either to yourself why you can only use X amount of vouchers when Boot give you a voucher each time you spend £5 or to educate his member of staff why the customers who have lots of till splits have them because they spend a lot of money in Boots. Glitches or not these vouchers are given out to encourage us to spend more in Boots, how many of us have spent more in Boots this month, making our purchases up to £5 each time? and then more often than not spent more than £5 to use the voucher? I know my bank statement is 90% Boots:eek: and 10% other items this month ( and yes I've benefited from the extra points and have a HUGE amount of stock, BUT the bottom line is I have spent 90% more in Boots than I would normally, bargains or not.
Alternatively I would have asked her if she benefited from a Boots profit share scheme ( do they?) and then said I was just wondering why some assistants are so pleased to help you gain from the sales incentives and others act as if your bargains come out of their own purse.:rolleyes:

The other lady (sorry can't remember your name)asking about disability advice I can't help but I hope someone else can.

Now back to catching up again

Edit - LJS I would have done the same in your situation, but if I didn't get anywhere I would then email Lancome to clarify. Surely it's one per customer each time they buy 2 items. The GWP is an incentive to buy from Lancome, isn't it? Or am I missing something?
