i would urge anyone who has made multiple card applications even in error like myself and oh claiming for 1 child to get rid of the other cards and just use the one parenting club card as its not nice to have all your points knicked back by mr boots.
im so depressed by it now as that was 100 pound towards the little ones presents and was a great xmas stash of money. all i have to show for it is a lot of nail files/timedlay and 2 packs of wipes plus a lot of no7 stuff & shampoowhich i use anyway so will be usefull but no good for the kids.

thats a shame hun its not like you used the parenting club vouchers to get every single one of those points, I dont understand why boots are doing that to you, maybe remove some and let you know by letter, but to remove them all is just out of order.

I had a fantastic shop today at Middlesbrough Boots. They had everything I wanted in stock, used up all my till spits and pinkies (or so I thought). When I got home and looked in my big bag of goodies, the SA had put a bundle of till spits and pinkies in with my stuff!

PS Ruby and Millie stuff is GORGEOUS, I'm v. v. pleased

PPS SA on the No7 counter was really nice, helped me find the best value stuff for my pinkies

I am just back from Glasgow Fort, it was a bit stressful with my two dds, had to buy them chocolate for bribery :rotfl:

I found a few extra vouchers down the back of the carrier bags of the SS tills, well my daughter did, she picked them up and went heres your reciepts mummy and shoved them in a bag :beer: Ive taught her well eh :rotfl:

Anyway just got a meal deal and some choc and juice for the first shop, got the two vouchers back as a till spit, and the second shop I got two lots of 17 bronzing balls for 1.19 (they are usually 4.99 I think) and some 17 face bronzer for 1.24, (Im not sure how much that usually is) its like self tan kinda stuf in a bottle. That will go in hampers for our nieces xmas. Got another 2 vouchers. I got some R&M sponges with the first and a R&M eyebrush with the second.

I now have 7 skincare spits and 5 no7 ones to use :beer:

Thanks to the kind ladies who pointed out where the clearance was i glasgow fort, got the 17 items there today :beer:

I came home and I was showing OH my bargains and I brought out my trolley case which is nearly full and showed him the rest, he was sooooo impressed :rotfl: :j

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for posting all the glitches and bargains on this thread I now have a big chunk of xmas shopping done thanks to everyone here and of course Mr B :beer:

I'm sooo jealous of the R&M stuff some of you are getting the boots i use only has a small No7 stand! It used to do R&M, clinique etc but now there is just an empty space lol

A very quick, but sucessful shop for me this morning. Was literally in and out in 10 minutes (town on a Saturday = hell on earth) and paid at the pharmacy counter (1st time I've ever done that when not buying anything from there) and the young SA couldn't have been nicer - she was delighted for me with my bargains and very impressed

Afternoon folks,

Went shoppin in Dundee Boots today and I hated every minute (don't shoot me down!) It was VERY busy and I totally lost my bearings, couldnt remember what i was trying to do and I wasnt sure of any price reductions on the toys as they weren't reduced on the SEL, they refused to scan anything and insisted that i had to go to the middle level where there was a queue of about 12 people!!!

I have to go back through on Dundee on Thursday and would appreciate if anyone can remember what was reduced and a rough price!

While in Boots (before I begged to leave, cant believe i just typed that!) i managed to spot some 'BRAG BOOKS' I got one Pink one and a Lilac one. I only need one. So have one spare if anyone needs one. NOW GONE!

I have just spent 3 THREE hours in Boots trying to desperately use up all my vouchers.
Kept bumping into the same people doing exactly the same.
Came home with about 3 carrier bags full, which I still haven't got round to emptying yet - but just getting a cup of tea, as I'm shattered.
I managed to get R&M items free, which had cost £10, thanks to advice on here re tills accepting Both the till-spit voucher and Pinky.
Also got some No7 nail buffers and glove things which I notice lm07 has photos on above. I didn't "know" they would work - but gave it a try, and was ok
My problem today was every time I used a voucher, they seemed to give me 2 more back !!!
I started off with about 8 to use ( 4 of each) and it has taken me three hours to get rid of them all.
Also used the other mag coupons for extra points on Model-me hair stuff - which by the way was half price in my store, so cost of shampoo = £2.50, extra points with voucher = 250 !!
No jk files in store - but save me spending £ just to get points.
Now if only I could find where I put my advantage card I could put my feet up and relax a bit
p.s thanks for all the wonderful advice, you have enabled me to get bags full of goodies which otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford.

My self imposed Boots ban didn't last long, as I wanted to get a couple of pinkies in case I want the mascara and free gift next week ...

Here's the status of Sheffield:

Heeley retail park weren't handing out pinkies.
The Moor were but his pile was pretty small.
Didn't buy anything in Fargate so I don't know.
Meadowhall No 7 + R&M came out as a till spit (at the pharmacy counter - I used SS till for all other transactions which comes out as a spit anyway) so I guess this will go until the end.

Woman in Fargate handed her pile of vouchers to the woman standing next to me saying she'd got enough stuff and pointed her at what would be free. Obviously not one of us as there's never enough ...
