mobility allowance appeal help

After sending in my renewel back in Feb it has taken themmonths to deal with my claim. My daughter mobility element has been reduced meaning we are no longer able to have a mobility car for her. I did appeal over the phone bit the claim came back the same. I wish to appael again but am unsure of how to go about this. Has anyone appealed which could give me some advice please

You either need to ring the DLA unit on 0845 7123456 and ask for a GL24 appeal form or download one from here:
http://www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk/JCP/stellent/groups/jcp/documents/websitecontent/dev_012310.pdf
You need to get it returned asap though as there is a time limit.
You should also get help to appeal, you can find local advisers on this database:
http://www.clsdirect.org.uk/en/directory/directorysearch.jsp
or try you local CAB.

Also increases your chances of success if you appear in person, if you are not confident doing this ask someone to go with you. Collate as much information re your daughters condition that you can.0
