The winners agree to notify AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT of any change in their postal address occurring before receiving their prize. Failing that, AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT may not be held liable if it sends the prize to the address initially mentioned by the winner on his (her) entry form.
ARTICLE VI: RULES OF THE GAME
The present rules are filed with Maître Eric CRUSSARD, bailiff, 16 rue du Pont Neuf, 75001 Paris.
They may be sent free of charge to anyone who so requests by merely sending a letter to: AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT – DSCO/SCIM – 75 avenue de la Grande Arm!e, Paris, France. The cost of sending this letter will be reimbursed based on the economy rate in force (one reimbursement per person) in accordance with the conditions described in Article VIII below.
Participation in the Game covered by these rules automatically infers, as a matter of law, unreserved acceptance of said rules by the participant. Any problem of interpretation or application of these rules will be settled by AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT.
ARTICLE VII: LIABILITY
AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Game in the event of force majeure or if circumstances beyond the control of AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT make it necessary. No liability will be incurred in this case.
AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT will incur no liability in the event that access to and/or consultation of the website becomes difficult or impossible for the participants. In the event of technical malfunctioning of the Game, AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT reserves the right, where applicable, to invalidate and/or cancel the session of the Game during which said malfunctioning takes place. No claims will be accepted in this case.
AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT cannot be held liable if the data relating to the registration of a participant does not reach them for any reason which does not fall under their scope of liability (for example, a problem with the user's Internet connection for any reason, a temporary fault with our servers for any reason whatsoever, etc.) or arrives in a condition which cannot be read or processed (for example, if the participant is using hardware or software which is of an insufficient level for registration, etc.).
As a consequence, AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for the following, which is not an exhaustive list:
- The transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information over the Internet.
- Any malfunctioning of the Internet which has a negative impact on the running/progress of the Game.
- A fault in any reception equipment or communication lines.
- The loss of any paper mail or e-mail and, more generally, the loss of any data.
- Postal delays.
- The operation of any software.
- Any technical or material failure which prevents or impedes the possibility of entering this Game.
Any decision by AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT, or any modification of the rules, will be the subject of an amendment to the terms and conditions, which will be filed with the bailiff mentioned in Article VI above.
ARTICLE VIII: REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES RELATED TO THE GAME
Participation in the Game is free.
Expenses will be reimbursed under the conditions described below, it being specified that only one request for repayment per participant will be accepted.
The costs of telephone communication (Internet connection to the site) incurred to take part in the Game will be reimbursed, under the conditions defined below, upon receipt of a written request (reimbursement of the stamp at the current economy rate on request) sent to:
Automobiles PEUGEOT,
DSCO/SCIM
75 avenue de la Grande Arm!e
75016 Paris, France
The participants in the Game who access the www.peugeot.com site from a modem via a telephone line invoiced in proportion to the communication time or per call can obtain reimbursement of their connection costs on the basis of a fixed price corresponding to the cost of connection for 15 (fifteen) minutes of a local telephone call (VAT inclusive) from a fixed terminal, in accordance with the applicable France Telecom rates (i.e. a total of €0.553 equivalent to 15 minutes of connection at a price of €0.091 for the first minute and €0.033/min. for the following minutes [cost of a local call at peak rates] in metropolitan France), by sending their request to AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT – DSCO/SCIM 75 avenue de la Grande Arm!e 75016 Paris, France. The requests for reimbursement must be made at most one month after the prize draw.
It is agreed that any other Internet access to the Game on a free or fixed-price basis (cable, ADSL, dedicated link) cannot give rise to any reimbursement because the subscription is taken out by the cybernaut for his (her) use of the Internet in general and the comfort it provides, and the fact of accessing the site entails no additional expenses in the case of a fixed-price subscription.
The request for reimbursement must contain the following information: surname, first name, postal address and e-mail address (all this information must be identical to the information entered on the registration form for the Game), a bank ID form or postal ID form, the date and time of participation in the Game, as soon as it is available, the photocopy of the itemised invoices of the telephone operator and/or the access provider indicating the dates and times of connection, underlined. This photocopy will serve as proof of domicile. The name and address of the person requesting reimbursement must be the same as those mentioned on the telephone operator's invoice.
The postal expenses incurred by the participant to make a request for reimbursement of Internet connection costs or a request for the rules of the Game filed with the bailiff mentioned in Article VI will be reimbursed simply on written request (accompanied by a bank or postal ID form), sent to the following address: AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT – DSCO/SCIM – 75 avenue de la Grande Arm!e 75016 Paris, France. Reimbursement will be performed based on the economy rate in force at the time of the request, and exclusively by bank transfer.
ARTICLE IX: PERSONAL DATA OF PARTICIPANTS AND WINNERS
By taking part in the Game, the winners authorise AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT to use free of charge, for commercial and/or advertising purposes, their surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address and image within the framework of any communication in connection with the Game.
Pursuant to Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to IT systems, files and personal freedoms as amended by Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, each participant is informed that:
- their personal data given for the purpose of the present game may be used for surveys, analyses, or for marketing campaigns by AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT, its subsidiaries, its sales network and/or any company which offers a service on AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT's behalf.

AUTOMOBILES PEUGEOT
DSCO/SCIM
75 avenue de la Grande Arm!e
75016 Paris, France.
ARTICLE X: LAW AND LANGUAGE
This Game is subject solely to the provisions of French law.
If the present rules of the Game were to be translated into languages other than French and if differences were apparent between these versions and the French version of the present rules, the French version alone shall be authoritative.
