ninetendo ds supercard

HELP!!! my nephew wants a ds supercard, he said it had the game 'cheats' on it and has asked me to get him one for Christmas - I checked on amazon and there are so many different ones (R4 DS SDHC - others called DSTT etc etc) and I havent got a clue about the technical side of these all help would be gratefully received. Thanks

We have the R4 and the DSTT, there's hardly any difference between them according to my sons. We also have an R6, which I wouldn't recommend. You will also need a micro sd card. The cheapest place to get the R4/DSTT is dealextreme if you don't mind buying from Hong Kong. I have always found them really reliable. The easiest way to sort out the software etc once you have bought one is to do a search on YouTube and you will find lots of videos which show you exactly what to do.

Make sure you buy the right one, an R4 will only work in a DS, whereas if he has a DSi you will need an R4i.
