Insured for greenhouse removal?

this is not strictly a MSE question...but anyway....If someone agrees to collect and take away a greenhouse from our garden - the agreement being Freecycle, so no money involved - what would be our position if there should be an accident or injury to the collector while he's doing it. Would we be liable for damages?Would we be more likely to be liable if we helped with the dismantling, or not? Please help if you can!
