    Thank You so much everyone! Got some brilliant ideas.

    She is not as "dark" as coffins and things but like you all said - anything mixed with black. She also still loves soft toys or anything a bit "odd"!! so the sock monkey might be a good idea. We have a shop in the local town where they all hang out but it's so expensive to buy anything there.

    By the way earthmother - I can hardly critisize her dress sense when I was a "mod" in the sixties! LOL

  • Do you have a priceless shoes near you? I got black boots with multi coloured stars on them for £10 or less. Generally anything with multi coloured stars! Tee shirts with my little pony or mr men or other 'kitsch' things on them. I'm a bit old to be emo but do like some of the trends. Stripey knee socks, with toes!
