Names or 'Bad Credit' Credit Cards

Can anybody tell me the names of the companys who offer 'Bad Credit' Credit Cards please?, and also what the application process was like?

    mbna, capital one, vanquis, aqua, barclay card intial, halifax, and monument they can all be done online if you are struggling getting cred why not join us in the sub prime credit card thread im sure there will be alot more advice in there

    vanquis and aqua do not accept 'bad credit'

    i have bad credit (not that bad...) and they both rejected me ..

    they do accept bad credit they even accept outstanding bad credit
    you cant change yesterday
    but you can make tomorrow better

    i can assure you that they have both rejected me in the past and i've applied to both a couple of times.

    Have you checked your credit file to see what exactly is wrong. Both vanquis and Aqua do accept adverse credit but no credit card (bar prepayment) is guaranteed acceptance so you could find there is something on your credit file that makes you too high a risk even for sub prime credit cards.

    As Darcy said, check out the massive thread dedicated to subprime cards, it is a wealth of information. :D

    They sometimes accept bad credit and sometimes not.

    I got rejected by Capital One and Vanquis a while back.
    You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.
