Hi
Can anyone advise me if it would be worth trying to claim my c/c charges back - Last year I gave up my full time job to care for my partner who has MS, unfortunately I had 2 credit cards a Natwest and Barclaycard after falling behind with the monthly payments and having charges added onto them I am now over my credit limit, I passed these debts over to a debt management company along with a couple of other debts I have. They have now negotiated halting the intrest and paying a reduced payment for a few months, I am worried if I try and claim back the charges they may start being funny and ask for the higher payments. Can any one advise me the best thing to do.
Thanks:rolleyes:
