trying to change utilities over
Can anyone help me. I've been on a comparison site to change over gas and electric. I was led to believe this was simple - but I suspect it's me that's simple. Every time I tried changing to another company I just got a message saying they were unable to do so as, 'they don't support our service for this tariff'. What does that mean? I just want to change over, why can't I?
