Not exactly. Did your ISP furnish you with a wireless router? If so, we'll need to know precisely what it is before we can proceed.

when i try to connect it can see the connection but not connect to it.

it`says cannot find adaptor. when i turn off elec to bt white ethernet home hub thingee then turn on again it works but this is a real pain.

maybe i need a new home hub?

Well clearly it does work then

Im not too well up on the bt hubs ~ hopefully someone will come along with an answer

Can you reset it? There should be a small hole on the right-hand side with the words 'Reset to Defaults' next to it.
