Bluetooth earpiece connected to laptop???

Hi
I have a external bluetooth dongle for my laptop and I would like to conect my bluetooth ear piece (JABRA) so I can walk around while on the phone via Skype etc. I have heard that it is possible, but I am failing to connect the ear piece to the laptop - it says that it is searching for ear pieces software - but am not sure where I can locate one?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
