If Florida, Carribean, Far East, South Africa are too far away, only other suggestion I have is you turn the heating up at home....or go to a Centre Parcs where they have 'tropical indoors' and usually a really good programme for kids.
February is the height of winter throughout Europe, and the whole of the Mediterranian, incl North Africa. Of course, with the freakish waether we had over the last few years, you might find the odd warm-ish week in the Med in Feb, but I have twice felt really relieved coming back to 'warmer climes' from the Cote D'Azur (Nice/Monaco) in late February - it was absolutely freezing there (incl blizzards).
Even the Canaries can be pretty brass-monkeys - we went to a friend's wedding on Grand Canaria in early March this year, cold rain and winds wiped out any outdoor proceedings (mind you, the indoor ones were pretty good!)0 -
Try Gambia or India.0

Been to the canaries many times in Feb.
Best for weather ( and a really nice place ) is Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria. Been twice in Feb there and it was 27 degrees most days at the beach. Puerto Rico is a natural suntrap and usually gets better weather than elsewhere in the canaries ( always better than P.D Ingles/ Maspalomas in Gran Canaria)0 -
We spend half term week on the Algarve every February and generally are quite lucky. There is the odd rainy day but usually get to each lunch on the verandah.0

Agadir in South Morocco has an average daytime temperature of 22 degrees.Hard to find low cost flights that time of the year.If you get lucky they have great leather
jackets.
Failing that, then the Canaries are about as good weatherwise-though you may have to scout around to find which Island is more sheltered and therefore warmer at that time of year.I went some time ago in November, and it really helped to make the winter seem shorter because of the benefits of the warm sun.0 -
We are off to Tenerfie half term week in Feb. We got a great deal from BA for flights £390 for 4 and we managed to borrow a friends timeshare .No idea what the weather will be like , but have heard nothing bit good reports about the Island . Have to agree with Tony re; sun on your bones , it really does help get through the winter .x0

I found this fantastic site a few years back it's very good for all the advice you need regarding your holiday, you just need to decide where you want to go and then maybe post in that forum has anyone been to..... or have you stayed here...........
Alot of the members on there either live in the resorts or own property there so loads of information can be gathered.
