Belkin router switching itself off when applying changes

Morning
Having a nightmare with my Belkin wireless router.
Basically any time I apply any changes to it via the browser-based control panel, it turns itself off and loses all information. The only time it doesn't do this is when I'm putting in the ISP/password details (which I have to do every time I switch it back on).
Have attempted to update firmware but again it powers down.
Any ideas of anything I can do to rectify it?

Get rid. Belkin kit is not the best and their routers are pretty poor.0

ring them up life time warranty ,get a new onethere or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff0
