Cost of full rewire

I'm hoping to soon buy a 2 bed terraced house which needs a full rewire-what would be a realistic cost and could anyone reccomend anyone based in Newcastle upon Tyne area to do the job.

I live in London. After doing some research it appears to cost around £2500 - £3000.
This sounds a lot to me, but there are many factors to take into account:
Do your walls need chasing ?
How accessible is the floor / ceiling ?
All these are factors. Hope this helps in some way. It will be useful if you reply with the quotes you get for others on this forum0
