Weight loss 4 idiots
Comments

Assuming that people do what I did and check out the site to see if it is real or not - at first I thought the OP's post might be a 'jokey' one given the way that the forum has been going of late ;)Some folk may be be persuaded to buy from looking at that site.
The weight loss industry is a massive (forgive the pun) moneyspinner. There are millions of folk looking for a quick fix and that program promises that. Mind you when I checked out reviews of it they said that people had lost weight in the short term but when they went back to their previous eating habits then the weight goes back on.
One of the reviewers said that some of the 4 'meals' that you are supposed to have a day can consist of just cottage cheese on its own or just chicken breast on its own which might not suit everyone. It compared it to the program say a body builder might follow before a competition to lose fat fast and look 'ripped'.
Personally I think the only way to lose weight healthily and successfully and permanently keep it off is to change your lifestyle and introduce suitable exercise.
From the reviews I read this program looks like it would be OK for a quick fix to lose weight for an event like a wedding or a holiday but not for the long term.Don't grow up. Its a trap!

Surely even an idiot knows that to lose weight you need to cut out the rubbish food and introduce exercise? It really annoys me when people say "I can't help being big" but when you look at their diet its full of saturated fat and nothing healthy! Having one banana a day does not make you healthy!0

Just a thought - will be interesting to see if spookess comes to the forum again. From what I've read he/she could be an affiliate marketer him/herself sneakily promoting the program. Has been known for forums to be used in this way
I haven't been on here for a while and this does not mean Honeydog was right about me, just that once i had received the answer i needed (and got the refund in case anyone is interested (oo maybe i shouldn't say that in case it is seen as promoting the company!)) i didn't check back for any others. But can i just say....... here i am!!! I am not an affiliate marketer for anything. I don't even know what one is to be honest!! I was asking a question on a forum looking for an answer of help as i made an impulse purchase on what turned out to be (yet another) a completely useless and unrealistic diet plan! Silly me thought that is what the forums were for!
I am taking it from Honeydogs response that anyone posting on a forum that mentions a company by name or does what i did and gave details to get a more educated response is an affiliate marketer. If this is the case, it is going to be really difficult for people to get answers if they can only write " i bought a product from a company and it didn't work - what can i do"!!!! All companies are different and the specifics, i would have thought, are necessary in order to get advice.
And in reply to the question of why it was unrealistic to me...... it is mainly to do with the fact that i am not into self starvation!! Nothing to do with being an unstoppable eating machine as infurred by Omen666!!!
By the way, since the post i have now lost 2 stone (and i was only 12 stone to start with before any snappy comments are made on my size!!) by joining a certain weekly group (better not say which, eh Honeydog!).0
