Deleting from Thomson Freeview Box Problem

My Thomson Freeview Box is having funny turns at the moment!! The main problem I m having is it wont delete one particular programme on the library.Normally when it freezes it will turn off and back on with a message like"corrupted recording removed".

However this particular recording will just not delete. When i try it jusr siezes up and i have to turn it off and on at the wall. When it turns back on the programme is still there. About a year ago I rang Thomson and they gave me a way of deleting a particular programme..holding several buttons down at once as I remeber. However I cant remeber exactly how to do it. I could ring them back up but the call costs a fortune and ill be on hold for a long time!!

Can any one help please?

I can't help with your problem, but have some phone numbers that might help,Thompson is part of Goodmans, or the other way round so one of the numbers should help.
