Problem accessing John Lewis website

Can anyone help with my query please. Every time I try to load the john lewis website I get a blank screen. This has happened over the last couple of days. I can get other john lewis related sites (waitrose, john lewis wedding gifty list,etc..) but not the main john lewis one. Any ideas how I solve this? My wife is getting withdrawal symptoms so please help, and save me from earache.

Thanks

Im really not sure but (I assume she uses Internet Explorer?) I advise downloading Firefox 3 and using that to browse instead ~

However, I have to ask do you have sufficient 'security' on the pc? If not then it could possibly be a virus or suchlike!

Which browser are you currently using?

I find that Kaspersky's free AVP tool is great for getting rid of virus/malware infections - Kaspersky is a consistent winner in antimalware and you don't need to buy their product to use this scanner. It's what I use to 'cleanse' friends' PCs before installing new (free) antivirus/spyware software.

Use the AVP tool to give your PC a once-over and see if it helps your problem.

My wife installed IE8 beta version a few days ago, I suspect this may be the cause of the problem? How do i get rid of it and re - install IE7?

    Thanks

    Goto start
    Control Panel
    Add or Remove programs
    and uninstall IE8
It should revert back to IE7
And I advise against ALL beta downloads as theyre only really for testing purposes.
