• By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary in order to enter.
• Employees of Jacks of London or any of its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
• To be eligible, you must submit a complete form on the submission page at https://www.jacksoflondon.co.uk/wiifit. Jacks of London is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures or delays of any kind or for entries that are corrupted, incomplete, delayed, lost or late.
• The winners will be notified via email within 30 days of the competition being closed.
• The winners will receive a Nintendo Wii Fit.
• The prize must be accepted before 30th October 2008.
• The prize is not transferable for cash.
• Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within one week of the prize draw, the prizes will revert to Jacks of London and may be awarded to another entrant at our discretion.
• Jacks of London may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes.
