Anyone recommend a MFP with printheads in carts or sep heads?

I need a new multifunction printer.

I did have the brother d120c which I loved even though it always felt flimsy to me especially the drawer area but I didn't use it often enough and the colour inks blocked up completely, I tried everything. The black worked fine but of course I use black more regular.

Because I probably won't use it that regular especially the colours I decided I would like to get a mfp that has print heads incorporated in the new cartridge or one that I can buy sep heads for if needed. I know HP do them (dont want lexmark) but its confusing which have inbuilt heads and which dont now.

I will use it for text printing and photos when I need to, I want a reasonable scanner to scan photos that I want to copy and a good photo print quality. The brother one was fine even though it wasnt a photo printer it was just like the real prints, something similar to that if anyone can suggest a model please?
Thanx
