Mint - Fee Free change to t&c

I took out a Mint card to Stooze with on the basis that is was 0% until July 2006 but that 2% fee would be charged on transfers before 30th Nov - this is stated on t&c's with card. However Mint have changed their latest offer to 0% BT until September 2006 but you can't transfer within the first 3 months (end Jan 2006) without incurring 2% fee. I rang Mint CS to query whether original t&c's applied or would I have to wait until end January for fee-free. I was told that whatever t&c's were received with card would apply, however she then said she advised everyone to wait 3 months before making transfers which would mean I lose out on 2 months interest. Can anyone advise whether I will legally be able to insist on fee-free "transfer and save" after 30th Nov? Thanks

Are you talking about balance transfers, i.e. moving existing debt to 0%, or super balance transfers i.e. proper stoozing into a savings account etc?

Super Balance Transfer - however the limit they gave wouldn't make it worthwhile to pay a 2% fee.

Since I posted I've had a look at Stoozer.com forum and it appears that the Mint Transfer & Save cheques will have the conditions printed on them - I will wait and see when they arrive.

The cheques have arrived and the covering letter states that the 2% charge will apply before the 30th November - in line with the t&c in original application. Great!
