I love Avon but we dont have a representative, so finally got round to ordering some new slap from their website.
They quoted 10 days for delivery, but the order arrived after only four days - all items in stock!!
Plus, they are so much cheaper than any high street stores, everything I bought was either BOGOF or two for £8!! ;D

I'll have to try them again. Where I used to work, one of my colleagues used to be an Avon lady so I got loads of stuff from her. Never thought about using their website. I had a look through the sale brochure they sent me and there was a few things I was going to get as stocking fillers, but it says "invalid code" :-/0

Ring them up (you may also be able to do it on-line) and they will notify a local rep that you need his/her services

I used to buy a lot of avon from a rep in work. I stopped buying after I bought a bottle of perfume which when it got to 1/2 full (or empty if you are a pesimist) the spray stopped working. I gave it back to her expecting a replacement and she then just fobbed me off for weeks on end. That was years ago and I have never bought off them since. :-/
