Sainsburys Free £60

I have just received and e-mail from family member prompting me to forward the e-mail on to 10 recipients in addition forward one to Sainsburys - the result from this will be a£60 e-voucher - sounds too good to be true and I am very suspicious - any leads on this - I am new to this site Cheers :

I received the same e-mail, I forwarded it on as stated, but it bounced back as undelivered to the J.sainsburys@customerservices.com so I think it's a con, I haven't received a £60 voucher yet.
I'm not worried as it was sent to me from a friend in my joke e-mail circle.
