would airmiles sway you to purchase a service?

in a relatively competitive field would in addition to good service, and affordable prices airmiles help to go with the company. and has any company here dealt with airmiles?thanks in advance.

Only used then as a buyer - when I had occasion to use them regularly (family holidays, days out etc) I would make a special effort but now the kids are older I don't use them so much. I have loads of loyalty cards (Tesco club card, Air miles, Nectar etc) but still tend to go for the best price and service.

No - i have 1000's of airmiles and find them worthless, good customer service and keeping the quality of your product up are more important than gimicks ... to me anyway
