we have had problems with our web design/developers teams . as they were involved in the whole hosting issue how easy is it to get another person to update the site even though they sorted out the hosting issue. it is hosted with 1 and 1 in the uk i believe. is it easy to get passwords etc? thanks in advance.

Hey building
im not sure if i understand what you want - from what i can read you want to
a) maintain hosting with 1 and 1
b) maintain the devel website but modifiy away from current devel's?
if thats the case you have to find out who has an account with 1 and 1 - you or your developers if it is you then you are fine - its not too easy to tell who owns the account but if you pm me the url of the site you are hosting i can take a little tig around for you. unfortunately if your developers reg'd the domain under there names and have the 1and1 account under there name then you will have to liase with devel's.
