The finding nemo I ordered has arrived but not the sonic game which is still showing on order.

Did you have it delivered to a store or postal delivery? If store, did the store contact you when Nemo arrived? I have been in a couple of times but they say it hasn't arrived and have I received an email to say it is there? All I have is an email to say it is estimated to take 5 WD's to arrive. I got that on the 8 Nov?

I paid the delivery as I could not open the bit to select the store you want to collect from.

I picked mine up from store.....no confirmation that it had arrived from the store, it was just go down to see if it had arrived. The store pick up is a little hit and miss, I'd have expected some form of confirmation the items had arrived there but looks like thats to difficult for them to do. All I received is the same as you the email saying its estimated arrival

I went back to the store for the third time yesterday. They still had no trace. In the end they gave me one from off the shelf, priced up at £14.99, so I saved £9 by ordering on-line, but it isn't a great customer service experience :rolleyes:
