I haven't had a cancellation e-mail yet.It should turn up soon I suppose.I wonder when they will have them on there again for £4.99 only to dissapoint again!!!

They have made a mistate with the price. My guess is that they have spose to put £14.99 and put £4.99

Who votes if they dont supply to report them to watchdog? im sure we tons of people got cancelled, that it would make a case.

I got my cancellation email this evening, I wrote a stinker to thier customer services., I'm all for us getting together and reporting them to watchdog.

I just ordered it from Tesco £11.13 including delivery and used 200 points code worth £8 in deals.

I agree. If it is another 'mistake'; it's at least the second time they've done it! An ulterior motive?

I complained too and queried why they had the same product on for a higher price. To make matters worse, my Finding Nemo game which I ordered last week hasn't turned up yet, even though it was despatched over a week ago. I see that it now says "on order" on the site.

Making a mistake once...OK we all make mistakes, but the same one twice!...come on Smiths, you need to do a lot better than this :mad:

Got this today in response to my complaint -

Dear Disatisfied Customer,

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that the Sonic Heroes Platinum is a different game to Sonic Heroes.( How is that then? :think: ) Our suppliers only had limited stock of sonic heroes as this was clearance stock hence the price.

Sonic Heroes has been removed from our website to prevent any further orders being placed for it. Unfortunately there were orders placed before we could remove this product from the website (was this the first time or the second time? :think: ) however, we advised all customers whose orders would not be fulfilled as soon as we could.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Went to pick up my sonic game today from store....I'd ordered it the first time it was on offer.....Only to be told someone had stolen it from the store!!!

They checked out on their store computers for the original game.....doesn't show at all. the platinum it appears is not available either, apart from what is in stock in stores throughout the country.

On a side note.....I had my family guy box set cancelled by them a while back due to it no longer being available.....funny how its now for sale with them again a few months later.

Don't think I'll bother to order anything online from them again...I never seem to get what I order

Guess what's reappeared (for a third time) on the WHS web site today...thought it had been removed? :rolleyes:

Well I just had to didn't I...:D third time lucky...I don't think so :wall:
