Dell hard drive error?

Last night, when using my Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop (Vista), it started beeping loudly, and gave me a blue screen.
I think it gave me an option to do some kind of system test, which I did, and it came up with:
Error code 0141
Msg. error code 2000-0141
No drive detected.
After that, it rebooted, and has been working fine since.
Am confused and am not sure what to do.... can people please advise?
I think I'm probably just about still within the one year warranty period.
Thanks in advance
