Basically, if the surveyor doesn't mention something and it is a problem, you can sue. So they suggest you do EVERYTHING just to cover their backs. And it's a suggestion, not compulsary. It's probably a sentence they copy and paste into every single survey that they write, unless it's obvious that there is a huge issue in which case it would be a recommendation that needs to be done before exchange.2013 wins: March - book,0
