Primus billing cocked up again??

Has anyone who is with Primus for their calls had a bill recently? My last one was 16th July. I know they had a problem a few months ago with their billing and as a result they were producing a bill more fequently than once every 30 days in order to get back on track. Just when it seemed things were sorted the bills have dried up again!
Anyone else noticed this or is it just mine?

Sent a ranting letter 2 weeks ago, over various issues i have had with them (see below or various Primus threads), and when i asked when the next bill would be, i was told it would probably be the week just past, and that they were more or less back to normal billing.
I've now got to the point, where i find it hard to believe anything that Primus tells me now, every month, my bill was overcharged, and it would be fixed, following month same problem, add the email problems earlier this year, lack of broadband for 3 days at the beginning of year, no notification of billing every 3 weeks to catch up a bill they didn't issue in January, taking over 4 months to bill line rental even though i phoned them and questioned it in October 07, then when they did bill it was 2 months worth, again without any warning, to the last one that they were trying to add months to an already long 18 month contract as someone at the point of setting the phone/line and broadband package in August 07 didn't set it up as a package, so i have individual dates for all 3 parts of the package, and as the line rental didn't start to get charged till Jan, then Primus was trying to say that contract didn't finish till July09, i dread, the hastle i have had trying to get thing sorted and that is talking to a UK based centre, what will happen if Primus do move out to India!
The lack of communication from Primus, has also been annoying, how much effort would it been, to send out an email/letter saying sorry, and explaining how they were going to bill etc, to sort out their problems.
My contract ends at the end of February, but here is another classic T&C hidden moment, did you know that if you have a line/calls/broadband package, that Primus now believe it to be a rolling one, so if you don't cancel, you will be into another 12/18 months, that i was told on the phone 2 weeks ago, when i was discussing the letter of complaint i had sent, although, for myself anyway, i was never told this at the point of sale, but then if the guy who set my contract up, couldn't set up, what i was actually signing up for properly, then i suppose i shouldn't of thought i would let a little thing like T&C get in the way.
Just been one disaster after another, come February, then i am out of Primus, they were good to start with, when i took CPS from them, and then added broadband August 06, but the last 12 months, has seen more than what i would say was just down to bad luck.0
