Benefits fro those living with relatives

Should I be unemployed at any point what benefits would I be entilted to? I recently submitted a similar post but have no idea how to retrieve it. I stay with my Sister-in-Law's family as my Brother has passed away. I do however pay a decent monthly rent as I would anywhere else. I have also been to the Entitledto website mentioned by Martin. But the bit about the relatives isn't clear, DWP mentioned 'close relative' but does my SIL count as a close relative?
Also if it should ever come a stage of unemloyment, can I not seek private tenancy elsewhere, enter a tenancy agreement and soon after apply for benefits? I really can't stay here without paying a rent.
Can someone advice me how long I would have to wait for my JSA and LHA to come through should the need ever arise? I have never claimed any benefits before.
Cheers.
