    i dont know which recipe your using but if you use dark brown sugar it gives it a more toffe flavour

    Thanks pretz I am not sure which or what to try at the minute :)

    But i will make sure that i use a dark brown sugar just to disguise the fact i have no idea what it should look or taste like ;)
