Help with Belly pork and Butterscotch tart

Not together :rotfl:

In my quest to try to be more OS i bought some bellypork from the butchers. But now i have no idea how to cook it :o Can someone please share a receipe with me. I quite fancied making it abit BBQ sauce/rib style. Can this be done :confused:

My 2nd quest is to make Butterscotch tart. Like we had at school. I have tried to search but for some reason i cant quite work out how to handle the results it gives me back. ( They never seem to be what i am looking for )

    Whilst i am now drooling over the school dinner threads. I am still trying to find a Butterscotch tart receipe,, The one i found had a mysterious cup of water and no idea where i would have to put my egg whites ;)

    It was OH who has been going on and on about Butterscotch tart,My fav was cornflake tart ;)
    Which is the nearest to toffee/butterscotch tasting ? Maybe i can fob him off ;) lol

    I think it might be looking at some of the ingredients listed..
