It's fantastic.
Not only does it track changes in price, description and status, it uploads the tracks others have made as well. So if you look at a house on Property Bee today, and others looked at it in June, May and March, those changes are all noted as well.
Here is an example, a place for sale in WC1. This is the rightmove link:

You can see the description now. But because I have Property Bee installed, I also get to see the changes and history:

I expect "not a lot"
well, the senior ones who earn megabucks will obviously make no difference to the market, but all the lower and mid-tier professional staff who have bought properties in the last 2 years on the basis that they will get a bonus of at least 50% of their salary for the next forever will probably be in some trouble. they unlikely to get repossessed but they're presumably not going to really be able to afford to keep the property.
there also won't be a load of people with a fresh bonus wading in to the market in spring, which has happened for the last six or seven years. people who have had their property on the market for ages without reducing will have to wake up to the fact that they need to reduce.
alternatively, not a lot could also happen.0 -
You need to run it on firefox, if you are trying to run it on IE it wont work ( says the bitter voice of experience who tried for far too long on IE)

Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...

Just had a look at the barnard marcus site and there is a 5bedroom house in Croydon going for 200K! That is a freaking bargain wouldn't you say. Or maybe there is something seriously wrong with it.
Looking at the catalogue now - keeping me from making custard for dessert you are

Im on Firefox 3 but no luck still with property bee - Ill try again later.
Are there more London auctioneers on line, Ive been googling but my head is aching now. Many thanks.
Trouble with getting excited about some of these lots is that its strange how the postcode can cover a really good area, e.g. Blackheath but also cover Kidbrooke  ditto parts of Muswell Hill.0 -
Honestly, I dont think there is ANYTHING *wrong* with much of what Ive seen on the auction website tbh.
It all depends if you
a) have the money to spend on a survey if the survey throws up problems to walk away
b) have a mortgage approved in principle
c) have a decent enough sol that can get it through as you have to complete within 28 days
d) that you can sit on your hands and not overbid
e) that you can go and do the viewings, and do a proper assessment of the property instead of walking round thinking "bargain"

Perhaps we should form a syndicate and buy a few of these bargains, lol. Wonder if the market will really go down the pan in the next year or so though. Id love Muswell Hill area but even rubbish little flats are nearly £200k.0
