barclaycard visa, mastercard???

Hi I just been accepted for a Barclaycard mastercard,(already have Barclaycard visa) and got a letter sayin that I am not using all of my credit from my visa so can transfer up to the whole limit from my visa onto mastercard, will I keep all the benefits from the barclaycard mastercard??> what are the current benefits on barclaycard mastercard? i wanna do some BTs on that card, any fees???

Yes Barclays allow you to move limits from card to card, so that you can max out on offers. ( I have 3 and regularly move the limits to suit myself). Usually max balance transfer is £5000 and they allow you to transfer 95% so to max you will need a limit of around £5,300 to move £5k.
Fees are vague, "may or may not be charged" so examine the fine print of the offer you get, or applied for, when the card arrives, or talk to customer services.

I was interested in applying for the barclaycard mastercard, and now also have a large unused credit limit.

When you applyed for the barclaycard mastercard, did they do a credit search? and what APR did they give you?? was it the same as your visa card???

Hi nit sure if they did, but I applied for the barclaycard platinum visa, and tehy said that i already have a visa, so instead they can offer me a mastercard, so at the moment am not sure what benefits i ll be offered, I need a 9 months 0%, so hoping that i ll get it, the apr is I think 14.9%, but not 2 sure, hope it helps,

hi, cheers for ur info, originally i applied for the platinum visa but due to the fact that i already have a visa they offered my mastercard, do u know what benefits are available on the mastercard? coz i need 0% for as long as possible and i think they charge 2% for bts?
